It does improve on the Peruvian staple of Salchipapas, using good quality sausages and combining it with coleslaw, but at the end of the day, it's a basket of chips and sausages. Any idiot can put them in some oil.The place is nice, clean-ish, but nothing special. If you're looking for salchipapas, I'd recommend it, but in no way on a general basis.
