Usually they serve 3 or 4 main dishes with one fish, chicken, beef, porc. The side dishes are a surprise every day. I go there often and was never disappointed. The best description I think is to describe it as experimental. Sometimes i am really astonished on what I get. I just love it. Food is always very fresh, tasty, they use spices and herbs, the staff is lovely and the price is unbeatable. Cannot say more, they are just great. They will keep me as a regular client. Please do not change.
The food here is true gourmet, and was matched with fast service. Great spot for a lunch, or to spend the afternoon. The salmon and side of extra vegetables, with fresh blackberry juice (sin azucar) cost 19,000 peso. Be sure to give it a go. Popular with locals.
The food is great!! The cutest female chef! She was handling her business! Great to see her dress the plates at the counter. Her brother who waited on us, super nice and spoke great English. Totally had the feel of NY, Williamsburg spot. Cool pipe bending for wall art, very visually cool staircase to admire. The meal came with fresh lemonade. Music was cool. Mostly the food was delicious!! Ordered both the chicken and pork dish. Will be coming back and highly recommend it.
I went to Alhazar with my boyfriend. We're from Washington DC and have sampled variety of fine cuisine. Alhazar was unparalleled for the price. You would have to pay at least twice as much at a "fine dining" restaurant. I got an excellent strawberry juice, a side salad, and an entree for $6. Service was welcoming and attentive. Great coffee to finish. Highly recommended!!
