I think getting paella here is a time of day thing. We were there about 7 p.m. and two of us had the paella valenciana. It was clearly made a lot earlier in the day and warmed up. It was kind of dry. However, I suspect it would be good if you got it freshly made. I saw a huge paella pan about 1/3 full and I suspect that is where it was made. It was served to us in small personal-size pans. The other member of our party got ravioli and thought it was very good. The service was efficient but average. The decor is very nice and the restaurant is a pleasant place to eat. It's not worth a special trip, but it is one of the better places in this area and my favorite Bogota hotel is just a few blocks away. So I'm sure I'll go back the next time I'm in town.

It was not easy for me to find a good place to eat a delicious Paella. I tried some places but, they did not convince me.Finally, I found Navarra restaurant, they really have a good Paella. I loved Paella a la Marinera. The place is not so fancy but it is not quite clean, familiar and nice at least. The service is good, I do not have anything to complain about it. I have visited this place five times and I always got very good service.About the price, it is not too expensive, I mean they have reasonable prices. If you want to try the Paella, I recommend that you go on Saturdays before 2 pm because after that time you won't find Paella. Saturday is the special day for Paella, and it is usually crowded and that is why the Paella runs out after 2 pm or 2.30 pm.After you finish your meal, I recommend to have a coffee next to this place called: San Fermin. They have wonderful desserts, I loved: Brazo de Reina! Yummy! The coffee is really good.Bon appetit!

This place is supposedly know for their Paella, but unfortunately, it was just edible at best. There was really no special thing about this place, service, food and experience were all lack luster. I suggest trying another restaurant if you want an enjoyable meal.

The prices are high for a poor quality. The service was also poor. The portions are small and the flavors ..... Well there is not flavor on it. I ordered a Valencian Paella.

Food was not so fresh, the Paella came mainly with meat! I thought it was a sea food dish!, Hello! The attitude of servers was not so pleasant.

Navarra is a region known for its excellent food and wine. Sadly this restaurant bears little resemblance to the traditions and flavours of this Spanish region. Navarra is locally known for its Paella and it gets very busy on Saturday. I tried the Paella Valenciana,...a pale imitation of this world famous dish, dry and devoid of any flavour. Lovers of authentic Paella would be wise to avoid this restaurant.
