My husband had one of the very popular parilla dishes. He loved his dish. I had a burger but I did not like it. I think this restaurant is much better for stakes or typical food. The service was good. The waiter was very helpful and attentive.

We arrived late into Bucaramanga and we were looking for a nice meal. Chiflas proved perfect for it. Our server, Rafael, was bilingual, very knowledgeable about the menu and options and very attentive. We had a great salad that was fresh and very flavorful and we had sides of arepa santandereana and some plantains with cheese and hogo that were just perfect. Great location, food and service.

Probably, best yellow arepa in town ....Cassava had more roots than the american TV series in the 1970s but it was edible. Pepitoria: rice with goat's guts. It was fine after I poured like 2 cups of racy chili....I was drinking pink KOLA and I finished my experience with grated female plantain with guava jelly and young cheese

It is a tradition on the town that after a party you go for a breakfast no matter what time it is. A traditional breakfast will include broth and eggs, steak and arepa (thick corn tortilla with grounded pork skin) but if you don't want that you can pick up either a flank steak, jerky beef or even pepitoria (guts and rice). This kind of breakfast can bring back to life anybody so do not forget to stop by before heading home your hand over will be more indulgent
