My family and I visited this beautiful coffee farm to experience and learn about what really goes in to making a good cup of coffee. We were not disappointed. This small farm is family owned and run. Andres greeted us and explained about the history...of the region and its coffee. His wife Angela then brought us several cups of their own delicious coffee, brewed using different methods. Andres then showed us around the plantation, we even got to pick some coffee from the plants, before being guided through the process of washing, selecting, fermenting and drying the coffee. Once the tour ended, Angela served us a wonderful lunch, made using mostly their own produce from the farm. (Be sure to call ahead if you want lunch) finally, we drank more coffee and bought several bags to take home. Highly recommended for an authentic experience
Based on reviews here, I was expecting this to be an enjoyable visit, but this really was the perfect way to spend half a day. The hosts Angela and Andres and their family are generous and knowledgeable. They welcomed us into their home and business...with real style and kindness. We had pre-booked for breakfast, which was substantial and beautifully cooked (omelete, arepa, chorizo, buneola, cheese and of course. coffee.) Unexpectedly we also stayed for lunch. In between the two meals we had the complete of small scale coffee production from harvesting (in which we participated) to processing the beans ready for sending off to market via the co-operative. This in spectacular lush green scenery and constantly visually distracted by birds of so many different colours, shapes and sizes. Rather than a tour, this felt like a visit to good friends or family. One I shall remember for many years and cannot recommend highly enough. Perfect
Jardín won't stop surprising me. Ángela and Andrés just left me speechless with their amazing tour if their property. Enjoyed every minute of it from A to Z. These are incredibly hardworking people. I was lucky enough to share their lunch where of the...products are grown on their farm and all of it is organic. Andrés is extremely knowledgeable, I learned so much about coffee making and although I am no coffee drinker myself, I loved learning about this product that seems to be the second most important drink in the world in terms of quantity. Thank you ever so much Ángela and Andrés for this unforgettable experience!
A truly incredible place to visit and learn about natural small-scale coffee production. Andrés is a gracious host, and he explains everything in simple and clear Spanish so I could understand everything he was saying, even as relative beginner in the language. His farm is...beautiful, and the coffee itself in to die for. You can arrange with him one the phone the day before or the morning of, or it seems like it’s also ok to just show up as well. He offers one tour at am and another at We took the PM public bus (chiva) and arrived around but he welcomed us in and started the tour a little early. It’s mil for the tour mil with lunch maybe, but must be pre-arranged.) I
We loved this little finca. Andres and Angelica were so sweet and welcoming and we had a great tour around the farm followed by homemade pan de queso, patacones with guacamole and of course coffee. It was really a highlight of our trip to jardin...and I would highly recommend it. It was only for the tour but apparently you could also have a gourmet meal if you book ahead which was (tour included.) We got a taxi up there because we were short of time but you can take the chiva at noon for a real Colombian experience
Angela-Maria and Andrés were lovely. They showed us their farm and the process of coffee making. We got to taste coffee and they even cooked some platanos with guacamole. It‘s easy to get there by taxi and there‘s also a public transportation bus to take...you back to Jardín a few times a day. We contacted them on facebook. We‘d definitely recommend going

After a long day of hiking and birding, it was a delight to find this little creperie. The owners were welcoming and the savory dinner crepes paired with vino tinto revived us. It was a wonderful find.
